Client reviews

What our clients say

Kind words from clients who came to us with sporting injuries, long-standing pain and everything in between.

Rob is an expert in his field. He really goes the extra mile to give his patients the best possible treatment available. I woke up one morning and could barely walk because of my lower back. I had three sessions with a chiropractor and didn't feel the treatment was helping, so I found Rob after reading a few positive reviews. This was the best decision I had made.

After my first session I could tell Rob was a genuine guy with a passion for his work. Over a few months he really helped me get back to normality, which meant a lot to me as I am normally a very active person. I highly recommend Rob.

L GSevere lower back pain

I went to see Rob after dealing with hip pain which occurred after lifting in the gym. Within two sessions my hip pain was no longer present, and I was able to lift again without pain. On my third session, Rob examined my lifting form and found flaws in my posture, which were quickly fixed within the session.

A few weeks after discharge I am back squatting and deadlifting, feeling much stronger and healthier than before, but more importantly, pain free! I found Rob to be very insightful and caring, and would highly recommend his service.

After suffering for months with a nasty foot problem I found Rob on the internet and booked to see him. Within a few visits I was already seeing signs of major improvement. Words can't describe how much I can thank him for what he did for me, and if I get any other problems I would not hesitate to see him again.

Steven LeaderLong-standing foot problem

Thoroughly recommended. Rob has the sports pedigree to back up physical treatment with professional knowledge and practical guidance. He provided the treatment I needed after suffering a severe ankle injury and, of equal importance perhaps, helped me ask the right questions when dealing with my doctors and consultants.

Dafydd PrichardSevere ankle injury

Went to see Rob after a few months of house extension stress and DIY had got the better of me, and after a few sessions he managed to break my muscles back into submission. It was exactly what I needed: no-nonsense, sports-style massage, with some good tips on how to help myself further. Highly recommended!

Professional reference

Rob has had the privilege of working with some of the best cricketers in the world through his work with Leicestershire County Cricket and his support to a number of England programmes, where he has been a physio of choice. One of his areas of expertise lies in functionally screening his athletes and putting protocols in place to iron out imbalances and create a well-rounded sports person who is robust enough to withstand the rigours of modern sport. His injury reduction statistics are a testament to his effectiveness in this area.

Pete McKnightStrength and conditioning coach and performance consultant

I was struggling to walk when I first visited Rob with a long-standing back problem. I have made huge improvements in less than two months. With his professional help I have my life back.
